Musa Kiseer

Musa Leparan Kiseer is a dedicated conservationist and community development practitioner with experience in rangeland management, environmental conservation, and sustainable agriculture. Currently serving as a Rangelands Officer at Nashulai Conservancy and a Tutor at Nashulai Cultural Center (2024–present), he has contributed to empowering local communities through conservation education, sustainable land use practices, and cultural preservation. Musa has been actively engaged in community-based organizations, including the founding and strategic planning of Enoongishu CBO, which focuses on environmental conservation, agriculture, and community empowerment. With a strong passion for biodiversity protection and community resilience, he continues to champion projects that promote sustainability, unity, and long-term community well-being.

Elizabeth Kimani

Elizabeth Kimani lives in Kenya and is an accomplished Finance and Business Leader with over 15 years of senior management experience in Human Resources, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Finance. She currently serves as Head of Human Resources and Administration in a leading cement manufacturing company, where she drives people and culture strategy to align talent with organizational objectives.
Elizabeth is married and a mother of two beautiful daughters, with a strong commitment to family and community. She has been described as a results-oriented, values-driven leader who believes in empowering teams and building sustainable organizational cultures.
Her experience with the Center for Serving Leadership has been deeply impactful, equipping her with practical tools to lead with humility, courage, and service.
Her vision is to share the Serving Leader Model with emerging and experienced leaders alike both at work, church and in the community, inspiring them to embrace servant leadership as a pathway to sustainable organizational success and societal transformation. She is passionate about training others to lead with purpose, accountability, and care for people, creating environments where both individuals and organizations thrive

Moses Keture

Moses is a social scientist having pursued Bachelors in Sociology and Literature majors. The two disciplines have prepared him to study society and its phenomena. He graduated and started at Nashulai Maasai Conservancy as an intern in the year 2023 courtesy of ‘’Environmental Sociology’’ and ‘’Community Development’’ disciplines under Sociology. After his exemplary work as an intern, he was absorbed by the organization. Apart from environmental work, he also lectures ‘’Fundamentals of Leadership’’, ‘’First Aid’’ and ‘’Ethics and Human Relations’’ in Nashulai Maasai conservancy College. Moses advocates for conservation of wildlife and ecosystem and community development.

Moses is 25 years old and a second born. He is self-driven, outgoing and a team player. He got into the real exposure with WSL on leadership in the society and organizations. It has been a session like no other where a kind of leadership trained is equipped to solving societal issues. Moses is now able to implement the serving leadership model in his organization by upending the pyramid and advocating for ‘’how each and everyone’s roles matters in the organization. His vision is to become a leader in my community, working towards community empowerment and sustainability, in the fields of environmental conservation, livelihoods, and gender justice.

Francisca Atieno Ogaye

Francisca lives in Kenya. She is married with two children. She works for KEDHAP Foundation as the female empowerment and education coordinator. Francisca is a member of the Kenya Mennonite church where she serves as the treasurer at the CCC level. She completed form four but was not able to proceed to tertiary education but has gained significant practical experience through professional roles and short courses.

Wycliff Ochieng Otieno

Wycliff lives in Kenya in a small village center called Songhor, he is married and has one daughter. He is the first born out of six siblings. Currently Wycliff is managing a poultry farm Awiko Poultry Farm. At the church where im passionate to serve I have two responsibilities one being church secretary where I check on church programs and ensure everyone one is updated on chuch growth and development and the other being national youth coordinator where I coordinate youth across the churches and work together with respective leaders to make sure the youth is attached to church and be responsible young people who can serve as well.

Rev. Paul Oilepu

Rev. Paul Koikai is a seasoned priest in the Anglican Church of Kenya with over 20 years of experience in God’s work. He is also a committed community facilitator, dedicated to uplifting lives through faith, service, and social engagement. Rev. Paul is married to Hellen, and together they are blessed with five children. His ministry is marked by deep spiritual leadership, compassion, and a heart for empowering communities both within and beyond the church.

Benson Waema

Benson M. Waema is a Kenyan pastor, lecturer, and high school leadership coach dedicated to mentoring and developing leaders. He holds a Diploma in Christian Ministries, a Bachelor of Theology, and a Master’s in Leadership. In 2008, he founded the High School Prefects Empowerment Program, through which he has trained over 3,675 students across several Kenyan counties. Benson also equips pastors, church leaders, and educators, lecturing at Daystar University and International Leadership University. Shaped by the Centre for Serving Leadership, he champions lifelong learning, transformational leadership, and a teachable spirit as essential to effective leadership.

Dr. Naomi Nthenya Makau

Dr. Naomi is a seasoned Kenyan educationist with extensive experience in teaching, training, and educational administration. She has served in diverse leadership roles, contributing to curriculum implementation, capacity building, policy development, and mentoring professionals across the education sector. A committed scholar-practitioner and born-again Christian, she integrates faith, values, and character formation into her work. Inspired by the Centre for Serving Leadership course, she is passionate about promoting serving leadership as a transformative model for organizational success and is dedicated to shaping future leaders, educators, and change agents.

Nathanael Thorne

Nathanael Thorne, an American living in The Gambia with his wife Krystle and two children, empowers people and organizations to align purpose with global needs.

Julius Sankok

Julius Sankok, based in Nairobi, Kenya, is an IT professional with 25+ years’ experience and credentials including a Bachelor’s in IT and a Data Analytics diploma from Harvard Business School.
