John founded the Center for Serving Leadership which was established in 2011 and recently renamed World Serving Leaders. With over 40 years in executive leadership, he has dedicated his career to empowering leaders around the world. From coaching executives at organizations like Caterpillar, Pan Pacific Hotel Group, Honda North America, and the Veterans Administration, to inspiring businesses across the U.S., Singapore, Hong Kong, and Philippines. Dr. Stahl-Wert’s impact spans industries including healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, education, and government. His work as an adjunct graduate-level faculty member at Bethel Bible Seminary (Kowloon), Bakke Graduate University (Dallas) and Geneva College (Pittsburgh) reflects his commitment to shaping the next generation of leaders.

Dr. Stahl-Wert is the author of eight books, including international best-sellers The Serving Leader and Ten Thousand Horses, inspiring over a quarter million readers globally with translations in ten languages. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he cherishes time with his wife, Milonica, and their family, and is passionately dedicated to community service, always striving to make the world a better place through leadership.
