Dan Cawley, Founder and former President & CEO of Cawley Chicago Real Estate and Metro Chicago Property Management, began his career in 1977 in his family’s real estate business and founded Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate in 1998.

Lisa has 30+ years of leadership, coaching, and program management experience across nonprofit, government, and faith-based sectors.

Dr. Sydney Barcus, with a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, specializes in organizational transformation across Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, hospitality, and more. A consultant, coach, and speaker, she blends analytical insight with a heart for service, empowering clients to drive measurable impact.

Leonel Alaniz, born in 1999 in Nicaragua, began serving as a worship pastor in 2017 and now works as an associate pastor with a team of leaders in his hometown church.
