Lance lives in Warsaw, Ohio, with his fiancée, Rochelle. He enjoys the outdoors, including kayaking, mushroom hunting, gardening, and spending time with family. Lance earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with concentrations in organizational behavior and personality assessment, from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio. Professionally, he serves as the Human Resources and Health & Safety Manager at Walnut Creek Planing in Millersburg, Ohio.

Rev. Greg Krowitz is the COO for PA Connecting Communities serving Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities & Autism in Southwestern PA. Ordained with the Assemblies of God, he pastored most every area of the church including Lead Pastor & Church Planter. Greg served as the Lead Assessor for a national church planting network and as an Assessor for the SOCAL Ministry Network. Prior to ministry, Greg was an internal investigator with a retail company with locations in PA, OH and WVA. He received Certification in Behavioral Interviewing & Interrogation from the Reid Institute in Chicago, IL.

Merle has 25+ years of experience leading businesses and organizations, focusing on developing himself and others as serving leaders. Inspired by Dr. Stahl-Wert’s teachings.

Kim Tice brings more than 40 years of experience as an educator and executive leader across for-profit, nonprofit, Head Start, public, and family child care settings. A former Executive Director of Ohio AEYC and now Founder and CEO of the Serving Leader Center, she is a certified facilitator of the Serving Leader Model and has partnered with World Serving Leaders since 2017. Kim is known for her thoughtful, down-to-earth style that blends practical strategy with honest reflection. She creates trusted spaces where leaders feel seen and supported, asking insightful questions that help professionals gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and navigate complex challenges with purpose and confidence.

Jay Schindler, President and CEO of Miami Valley Leadership Foundation and founder of G2 Potential LLC, provides executive coaching and leadership development across the Midwest.
