Lawrence Coetzee

Lawrence Coetzee is husband and father who lives in a rural small town in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. He works as a civil servant for the Department of Correctional Services in a youth and juvenile centre. He also is a pastor of their local church and executive secretary of the national church. At work I am also a shop steward or labor relations representative and programs. During this year our local church manage to build a solid church structure with fundraising and our savings, we are also looking forward to get electricity and grow the body of Christ.

My role as international representative of the national church has open up some doors for us like the opportunity to be part of the World Serving Leaders this year, I am very proud to have successfully complete the cohort of the last six months. In my free time I assist my local rugby club with coaching forwards and use my experience to young players who are serious with rugby.

Dr. Tukundane Benson

Dr. Tukundane Benson is a distinguished academic leader, researcher, and educator with over 17 years of experience in higher education across East and West Africa. He currently serves as Dean of the College of Business and Administration at William V.S. Tubman University. Holding a PhD in Management Science (Business Management, Finance & Accounting) from Kampala International University, where he also earned his MBA and Bachelor’s degree, Dr. Benson has held senior leadership roles including Director Academic Affairs and Deputy Director of Higher Degrees and Research. He has also contributed to regional collaboration as adjunct faculty at the University of Kigali. A prolific researcher, his publications address SME development, public procurement, and accountability in public institutions. Widely respected for translating complex frameworks into practical, student-centered learning, Dr. Benson is a passionate advocate for servant leadership, inclusive education, and institutional excellence, inspiring the next generation of ethical business leaders.

Simion Bartilol

Mr. Simion Bartilol is an Analytical Chemist with 20+ years’ experience in nuclear analytical techniques (XRF, TXRF, ɤ spectroscopy and NAA) in characterization of environmental samples. He holds an M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry (Kenyatta University) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Radiation Protection (University of Nairobi) and currently works in the Institute of Nuclear Science & Technology at the University of Nairobi.

He recently completed a Serving Leadership Course (Kenya Cohort 2), earning a Train-the-Trainer Certificate under the World Serving Leader Model. He is passionate about developing others using The Five Actions of Serving Leadership so that they may serve with integrity, purpose, and compassion. Simion is a devoted family man, married and blessed with three children.

Dr. Walter Andhoga

Walter O. Andhoga lives in Nairobi Kenya. He has three children, one son and two daughters all adults. I serve as Pastor in a Pentecostal Church here in Kenya. I also served as a General Secretary of this Denomination and finished my term in the year 2022.Currently I work as a lecturer at and Director of the Institute of Church Renewal and Leadership (ICRL) at the International Leadership University. I hold a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PhD) in Leadership and Governance.

Phillips Katutu

Phillips Katutu serves as the senior pastor at Destiny Life Church in Nairobi Kenya. He is a passionate minister, leadership coach and trainer with over 25 years’ experience in both ministry and corporate settings. He is also a certified peace and conflict mediator and has been instrumental in coordinating peace workshops in conflicting communities. He is married to Jacinta and together blessed with three wonderful daughters. He holds a Masters in Peace and International Studies, Bachelors of Arts in Biblical Studies and a Diploma in Community Development.

He is highly passionate about World Serving Leaders, and loves to team up with other like-minded global leaders to grow the network through equipping more serving leaders. Being part of World serving leaders is a great opportunity to grow and learn with others in a warm, challenging and inspiring environment.

Claudiah Sirintae

Claudiah teaches food and beverage service as well as front office management at Nashulai cultural training center and is a result oriented person motivated by leadership and positive personalities Brought up in a family of nine being the second last child. She has lots of theories in place focusing on leadership is impressed by the Serving Leadership model where leadership is meant for serving.

Mercy Gathethe

Mercy is a Kenyan citizen who has served at East African Portland Cement PLC for the past 13 years in various positions within the Human Resources field. She is married and blessed with two handsome and highly favored boys.
Mercy began the World Serving Leader Training on 3rd September 2025, and it has been one of the most impactful programs in her life. The training has transformed her perspective on leadership, equipping her with practical lessons that she continues to apply both in her family and at her workplace. Through this program, she has gained a deeper understanding of the five actions of a serving leader Run to great purpose, Raise the Bar, Blaze the Trail, Build on Strength, and Upend the Pyramid.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of the program has been the continuous support from the trainers, who have remained engaged even after the sessions. This ongoing connection has created a strong sense of belonging, and through it, the participants have formed a close-knit family that continues to encourage, uplift, and grow together.
Her passion is to develop leaders who serve first, lead with purpose, and inspire transformation in others through the principles of the Serving Leader Model.

Lucia Ndeto

Lucia Mwongeli Ndetto lives in Nairobi, Kenya. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) with a specialization in taxation and currently serves as a lecturer at the Kenya School of Revenue Administration. She is also a certified professional mediator and a Trainer of Trainers (ToT) for mediators. With over leadership roles in customs and tax administration. She is a dedicated single mother of three adult daughters and a proud grandmother of one granddaughter. Her experience with World Serving Leaders has strengthened her commitment to servant leadership and personal growth. She is passionate about empowering others through the Serving Leader Model, promoting ethical leadership, empathy, and community transformation

Moses Osagiede

Moses Osagiede is a dedicated missionary and faculty member in leadership studies at International Leadership University in Kenya, with a passion for serving others. As a husband and father, he values family above all else. With experience in leadership development, Moses has worked with organizations to empower individuals and teams. He has seen firsthand the impact of World Serving Leaders on personal and professional growth.

Moses is ardently dedicated to training others in this model, equipping them with the skills and mindsets necessary to effect positive change in their surroundings. He not only imparts knowledge but also actively mentors aspiring leaders, guiding them on their journeys to becoming impactful leaders. His goal is to cultivate a new generation of leaders who prioritize the needs of others, thereby fostering environments that promote sustainability, cooperation, and ultimately, a better world for all.

Anyanime Umoren

Anyanime Umoren is a devoted husband to Dr. (Mrs.) Uzoma Umoren and a proud father of five wonderful children: Nsinsi, Ima-mfon, EkikereAbasi, Toro, and Abasikede. He resides in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, in the vibrant Niger Delta region of Nigeria. As a computer scientist by training, have taken an early retirement from Shell development Oil&gas company Nigeria as an ICT Team leader in 2019 to follow his dream of building Disciples and Healthy leaders ,   Anyanime has channeled his passion into creating meaningful impact and leaders development. He is a pioneer Country Director  Leadersource , Nigeria .  He is the visionary founder of Generous Spring Capacity Building Initiative, a transformative movement dedicated to raising and equipping 6 million generous disciples and servant leaders in Nigeria.

His life’s mission is to ignite a movement of servant leadership, empowering families, churches, businesses, and communities to serve faithfully and address governance challenges in Nigeria and Africa. A pivotal encounter with world  serving  leader,  Nelson Okanya at the Mennonite World Conference in Germany was a turning point, reshaping his understanding of leadership and reordering his priorities.

Spending  the past seven months with world serving Leaders  (WSL), Anyanime has witnessed profound transformation in his family, team, and spheres of influence. He is deeply passionate about sharing this life-changing training with every Nigerian family, church, business, and the nation at large.
