The Serving Leader Model gave me a clear, practical language for the kind of leadership I’ve always believed in – lead with purpose, and for service to show up in everyday behaviours. What resonated most for me was how the model translates “serving” into concrete actions leaders can practice consistently, even in high-pressure environments, and how it creates the conditions for trust, ownership, and growth across a team. I hope to help leaders move from “good ideas about leadership” to daily habits that elevate others, so that individuals can flourish, teams can collaborate better, and organisations can create meaningful, sustainable impact.

Hi, I’m Eric Wong.

I began my career in IT and later moved into digital and organizational transformation. Along the way, I noticed a consistent pattern — while technology and processes matter, sustainable change almost always comes down to leadership. My strength lies in seeing connections across systems, people, and behaviors. I help leaders slow down, reflect, and lead in ways that build trust, clarity, and long-term impact. I believe leadership is not about power or position, but about responsibility — and helping others become more than they thought possible.

Richard Rancap, a pastor and missions director in the Philippines, is an experienced leadership trainer and mentor.

Binuko E. Nugroho, a lecturer at Immanuel Christian University in Indonesia, serves as chairman of Majelis Umat Kristen Indonesia (MUKI).

Morina Masda Minar Napitupulu, from Yogyakarta, Indonesia, is a business operator and supervisor at Hagios School of Life, coaching children in the House of Disciples dormitory.

Nezer Mondez, from the Philippines, serves on the Senior Staff Leadership of Mennonite World Conference, focusing on youth through the Young Anabaptists (YABs) ministry and mentoring young leaders worldwide.

Dr. Eladio Mondez, Bishop Moderator of Integrated Mennonite Churches Inc. (IMC) in the Philippines and Mission Commission member of the Mennonite World Conference, holds a Doctorate in Practical Theology and a Graduate Teacher Diploma.

Rufino Mateo from the Philippines is a civil engineering graduate and professional teacher who, alongside his wife, serves in the same school.

Dr. Sanjay Bhattacharya, based in India with his wife and two daughters, is a strategic leader, coach, and author with experience in corporate, academic, and international development sectors.

Felicia brings 30+ years of leadership experience across manufacturing, retail, service, and faith-based sectors.
