This Serving Leadership Train the Trainer Program is designed for leaders, facilitators, and organizational champions who want to move beyond personal growth and become multipliers of transformation. The Serving Leader Train the Trainer (TTT) Program is a 2-day virtual training designed for leaders, trainers, coaches, and consultants who want to help others learn and apply the Serving Leader Model®. This immersive experience equips you to become a Certified Training Partner with the World Serving Leaders and incorporate our proprietary resources—including online course materials—into your portfolio of tools and services.

Overview

The Serving Leader Train the Trainer program (TTT) is a 2-day virtual training for leaders, trainers, coaches and consultants interested in helping others learn and apply The Serving Leader Model®. Attending this program will equip you to become a Training Partner with CSL and incorporate the value and proprietary training resources (including our Online Course material) into your portfolio of tools and services.

The Path to Partnership

The process of becoming a Training Partner is straightforward and supportive:

Apply

Complete the Train the Trainer Application Form. We’ll review your application to ensure alignment.

Train

Attend the 2-day TTT event, held virtually several times a year. Here, you’ll practice facilitation skills, explore what it means to be a Training Partner, and gain confidence in leading a Serving Leadership cohort.

Partner

Upon successful completion, finalize a formal agreement with World Serving Leaders. This activates your Training Partner status and unlocks all the privileges, resources, and recognition of partnership.

Note: In order to qualify for this program, applicants MUST first complete a full cohort experience through one of the onsite or accelerated cohort experiences.

The Outcome

As a Serving Leader Training Partner, you’ll be empowered to train, coach, and inspire leaders in organizations and communities around the world—spreading a movement of leadership that serves, uplifts, and transforms.
