Our Culture
At the starting line for our commitment to serving leadership must be this thought: We are responsible, as stewards of our time, treasure and talent, to bring about great results for the flourishment of the world. It is, first and foremost, a realization that we are responsible to produce good value in the world. Since we serve customers who produce true value in the world, we should begin our conversations about serving leadership with the premise that we are responsible to dare – and achieve – great things! This is our great purpose.
What We Believe
Today, there is a growing movement towards Serving Leadership that was not discernable 50 years ago. Organizations around the globe are discovering the transforming impact of this model that views a leader’s work as more about serving and empowering others rather than being served. The reason great leaders serve is that they understand that this is the path to great contribution and great results.

- Center for Serving Leadership was founded by John Stahl-Wert.
- Center for Serving Leadership was sold to Newton Consulting.
- John and Milonica Stahl-Wert reacquired the Company from Newton and started to expand to a scalable and international business.
- Singapore Office was incorporated.
- Center for Serving Leadership successfully trained our 5,000th Leader.
- Africa office was incorporated in Nairobi.
- Company was rebranded to World Serving Leaders.
